On this page you will find our rental application that needs to be filled out completely. It’s available in Microsoft Word (DOC) and PDF format that can be printed out. Also you can Email us and request a copy of the Rental Application. Along with every application we require two current pay-stubs from with in 30 days for and a copy of your credit report (from within 60 days). All persons over the age of 18 that will be living on the property will need an application, pay-stubs and a credit report/check. Once we receive all of the paperwork necessary, we will review your filled out application(s).
At this time we do not have any properties that are eligible for section 8.
